This photo is sample of Amomum compactum Solander ex Maton althougt some report said this native java but i dont know why this plant can be in sumatra. and i think some people deliberately to plant them.
amomum is part of ginger and have many species, Amomum compactum Solander ex Maton or known as Kapulaga are used as flavorings in both food and drink, as cooking spices and as a medicine

but in not far from the first photo that i was taken, i found the same species with Amomum compactum Solander ex Maton, and i think have differences with the first photo.
this is some sample of the second Amomum compactum Solander ex Maton that i found at small forest not far from the first photo, i need confirmation from all readers about the second photos of this , could it be same with Amomum compactum Solander ex Maton or not, from the leaf, stem and the flower have same but when i taste the fruits, the taste was different with the first photo.
